1. Processing Period:

Preorder and made-to-order items take time to craft. Our current turnaround time is 4–6 weeks minimum from the purchase date. This allows us to produce your custom piece with the quality and detail that represents the flame of our youth.

2. Shipping Methods:

Once your order is complete, we’ll ship it using our standard delivery service unless you opt for expedited shipping during checkout. The method we use depends on your location and may include standard mail, express delivery, or third-party couriers.

3. Delivery Time:

After your item has been processed (4–6 week period), estimated shipping times are as follows:

If your order includes both ready-to-ship items and preorder/made-to-order pieces, the ready-to-ship items will be sent out first. The custom pieces will follow in a separate package once complete.

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

For customers outside the U.S., your country may apply additional customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
